How to Clean a Weber Q grill

The Weber Q LP Grill combines the power of the gas stove with the possibility of healthy grilling fish, meat, vegetables and free range chickens. The Weber grills have a look of the space age and have a compact design combined with features that are much larger grills. The lightweight wheels make it easier to transport your grill and forth, and so outdoor cooking. Clean your grill regularly Weber Q LP to maintain its proper functioning.

Instructions

  1. Shuts off your gas grill Weber Q and make sure it is completely cool before cleaning.
  2. Check the insect screen of your grill by removing the control panel. Shake off any dust or insects, remove the burner to clean the inside of the screen. Brush gently to remove any dirt.
  3. Remove the main burner and check the inside with a flashlight to check for accumulated debris. Use a wire brush to clean the waste, then a damp sponge.
  4. Check the air shutter opening each year, are in the ends of the Burner. Clean any orifice burner valve that can be blocked with a steel brush. Burner ports must be uncovered for proper operation, but try not to enlarge its size during cleaning.
  5. Mix some warm water with a mild soap to wash the outside of your Weber Q grill Dip the sponge in the mixture and thoroughly clean it to remove dirt and oil residues. Rinse the sponge in clean water to remove suds.
  6. Remove the bottom tray of your Weber Q grill clean grease with soap and warm water using sponge. Removes soap scum with clean water and sponge.
  7. Clean the cooking grate regularly with a brass bristle brush. Heat grill to loosen dirt and then use the scrub brush. To remove food debris, remove the grill and wash with warm water and soap in the sink. Rinse with clean water and let dry before replacing it.
  8. Clean the inside of the lid keeps warm while using paper towels to remove the grease.
  9. Folding Table Wash your grill with a soft cloth, warm water and soap. Never use cleaning products containing xylene, lemon based cleaners, acids or mineral spirits anywhere in your grill. Removes soap scum with a damp sponge.

Tips and Warnings

  • Do not try to paint the top of your grill or use wax or other solvents in it. This could ruin the porcelain enamel coating.
  • Do not use abrasive cloths or cleaners, oven cleaners specially.
  • Never use a folding work table in your grill Weber Q for cutting or preparing food.
